A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is due no later than 2 weeks before your appointment date and will be credited towards the cost of your service. If you are scheduling an appointment within the 2 week time frame, the deposit is due immediately. An invoice will be sent to you via email after scheduling your appointment.

48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours from your appointment. 

We ask that you please arrive to your apppointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Milla Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a complimentary touch-up appointment, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary.



  • You are 18 years or older

  • If you deliberately violate any of our terms and condition we are excluded from liability, and we reserve the right to cancel any complimentary or touch up treatment in the future.

  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% results to our clients due to varying skin and health conditions. Refunds will not be issued once your procedure is completed.

  • You must strictly follow the pre & post care instructions.

  • Care Instructions are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is NO guarantee made as we have no control what happens during the healing process.

  • You must complete and sign a Client Release Agreement, Disclosure and Release Form, and a Medical History Form before we begin your procedure.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
